This book club focuses on historical fiction with an Ancient Rome theme. Some books from the book list will be a part of this club, with a special focus on The Seven Wonders: A Novel of the Ancient World by Steven Saylor.
When you arrive at Ryde Library, you will be guided to the study room.
Refreshments are available in the form of chicken sandwiches and "red wine" (apple juice and creaming soda)
Be a part of Ancient Rome: bring togas, armour, weapons, etc. Be a citizen, soldier, gladiator, emperor, etc.
